When we can't answer the question.

We have to admit it. There may be questions we will be unable to answer
for a number of reasons. It may be the nature of the question, the lack of resources, time constraints, or any other factor or combination of factors. We obviously hope this is a situation that will happen very infrequently. Our backup are the other CES institutions, especially BYU-Provo.
